Damansara Park is a new Urban Center with retail opportunities, residences & offices accommodation. It is an initiative to create new public spaces with integrated Landscape and Architecture design with seamless connectivity to the surrounding urban fabric.

Damansara Park is envisioned to be a new urban center to attract people to live, work, and invest. This is the place for new opportunities. The scenic and hilly location provided a natural backdrop for the new adventures.

The site is well-positioned on high elevation and connected to LDP, Penchala, and soon to be completed DASH Highway. Considered as the new golden triangle of Damansara, the site will be well connected to well-populated Kepong at the North, affluence Mont Kiara to the East, a matured township of Bandar Utama to the South and Damansara Perdana & Kota Damansara to the West.

A sky garden is being planned to be hovered above a large portion of LDP to link Empire City 1 and Central Park Damansara, with pedestrian-friendly event spaces in mind. and a go-to place for special occasions.

The public realm of the proposed development is striking and creates a new and robust identity for Damansara Park. This shall be “The Place” for a public social event and gathering such as New Year count down.
