The project consists of the redevelopment of an existing market and warehouses into an integrated mixed-used business hub consisting of a central trading and business market, shophouses and various residential components in the mature township of Taman Equine. The proposal aims to revitalise and improve the efficiency of the usage of the land and increase the business potentials via the integrated business and market hub.
